Sales Executive (Selangor / Negeri Sembilan)

Duties & Responsibilities

To promote FUJIFILM & SHARP Digital Multifunction System and related product (with print, copy, fax, scan and e-mail function).
Identifying & developing new business opportunities for growth in line with the organization’s expansion plan.
Carry out sales and marketing tasks to achieve the company target and specified KPI’s.
Responsible in providing excellent customer service through responding to customer’s enquiry, making appointments and after sales service.
Establish, maintain current clients and potential client relationships.
Organizing sales visits demonstrating and presenting products.
Be able to handle enquiry and prepare quotation to client.
Perform daily update of sales tracking tools and reporting on daily activities.
Provide weekly reports to the manager on a timely basis.
Provide excellent service to potential and existing customers.
Expand market & clientele and contribute positively to achieve sales targets.
Conduct canvassing and cold-calls to increase effective working prospects.

You could be the one if you are

Possess a Diploma / Advance / Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Marketing / Information Technologies / Computer Science or any other discipline that has relation to Sales.
Possess at least 2 years working experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Sales Management
Possess customer-oriented approach and ability to work in fast-pace environment
Self-time management and punctuality of reporting submission.
Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills.
Result driven with constant desire to earn high income
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel & PowerPoint
Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking would be an advantage.
Be Able to communicate with all levels in an organization
Perform related duties and responsibilities when required from time to time
Possess own transport.
Sales experience is required.

Copier Technician (Selangor / Negeri Sembilan / Melaka / Batu Pahat)

Jobs Responsibilities

Attend to customers’ technical inquiries and provide technical on-site support to ensure customers’ satisfactions
Ensure the proper services, maintenance and repair of all copiers in the designated areas and such services to be carried out promptly, efficiently and courteously
Ensure all service jobs are properly recorded in Service Report with all relevant information as requested
Require to install and setup Multifunction copiers printers
Experience in Rectified Minor/ Major (Error Code)
Experience in Related Fields would be an advantage

Job Requirement

Minimum VOKASIONAL / DIPLOMA candidates are welcome to apply.
Certification in IT / Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical & Electronic course will be an added advantage.
Minimum one(1) year of working experience in related field is required for this position.
Good knowledge of copier and printer technology, great analytical thinking abilities will be an added advantage.
Possess own transport (preferable car) with valid driving license.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Good in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia language
Detailed knowledge of computer and copier management hardware,
software and network
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
